Even in literature and art, no man who bothers about originality will ever be original: whereas if you simply try to tell the truth (without caring twopence how often it has been told before) you will, nine times out of ten, become original without ever having noticed it. ~C. S. Lewis

Experience: that most brutal of teachers. But you learn, my God do you learn.

The pictures have absolutely nothing to do with the quotes, I just like them.

How profound wizard! I love the stone buildings - and cobbles in the street. Makes it look so pretty - claiming its place in the European style. I never heard that quote (first one) by C.S. Lewis. I like it, because so often I feel as though there really isn't any hope for creativity from me, as so many have gone first. Did I tell you how much I like the pictures? :)

I love the pictures.

Those words are so true. The older I am the more I appreciate those that simply say what they have to say, let the story talk instead of pushing their style in front of it.
